Wendy may be at the forefront of MESS ROOM, but she couldn't do it alone! Behind every workshop, event, and creative project is a team of dedicated facilitators, volunteers, and behind-the-scenes supporters who make it all happen. From artists leading sessions to the people handling logistics, marketing, funding, and community outreach, MESS ROOM is a true team effort.
Each facilitator brings their own passion and expertise, ensuring that MESS ROOM remains a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring space for all. Whether it’s setting up materials, running workshops, or making sure the kettle is always on, this team works together to bring creativity to life. MESS ROOM thrives because of the people who believe in its mission—proving that collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.

Project Managing it all - Jodie is the chief organiser, facilitator, time keeper and spreadsheet maker and is an expert in running cultural community groups.
Tina
KAB Volunteer and long-standing MESS ROOM advocate, Tina is a freelance artist with a love for tactile printing.
Libbie
Freelance artist and maker, specialising in leatherwork, Libbie is a KAB Volunteer and delivers MESS ROOM KAB workshops.
Shona
Freelance digital illustrator Shona is dedicated to bringing joy into the world through wonder and curiosity within MESS ROOM workshops.
Tilly
Supporting MESS ROOM with all things social, as well as bringing her workshop expertise and illustrative design work skills to the MESS ROOM groups.
Hannah
Community Arts Practitioner, Hannah W is a KAB volunteer and a friendly face at the KAB art groups - delivering workshops and co-creating.
Marissa
A freelance artist, Marissa is a KAB volunteer and workshop facilitator - most recently supporting with the MESS ROOM Creatives project at the Royal Engineers Museum.
Catriona
Artist, Collector, Stitcher, Maker - Catriona is a well respected member of Medway's Art Scene. Supporting MESS ROOM as a Lead Artist in workshops and projects.
Alison
With a background in education and museums, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge to the KAB groups as a KAB volunteer.
